The attention to the customer needs has always been the true strength of Edenpark Firenze. This is what emerged from the interview that our commercial director Claudio Alfieri released to Camilla Bellini. In our long talk, various themes emerged, concerning both the world of Edenpark Firenze specifically, and more generally that of outdoor design.
The customer’s dreams, first of all
“Custom” is the keyword that emerges from Claudio’s first words, which remind us how Edenpark Firenze manages the first stages of the dealing with the customer. A client who may need to be guided in his choices and who, therefore, must get in tune with the project manager. Very often, in Claudio’s words, the first contact comes thanks to an architect, who directs the potential customer to us. After a sort of “interview” with the client and an inspection to evaluate the actual setting up possibilities of the available space, our work team elaborates and then presents the project. The work team of Edenpark Firenze, composed of about twenty design professionals, operational, logistical and assembly personnel, assists the customer throughout the duration of the work, selecting the furnishings of which the set-up will be composed, ordering them from the supplier and delivering and assembling them in the outdoor space.
Edenpark Firenze: a company that never stops
Never stop. This seems to be the mantra of a company, Edenpark Firenze, that knows no rest. Although the seasonal period of maximum activity in this sector is clearly summer, Claudio wants to remember that Edenpark is very active even in winter, to meet the demands of the most forward-looking customers who start early to design the preparation of their outdoor spaces in view of the hot season. But Edenpark is dynamic and growing also in terms of which brands are proposed: our large showroom presents products of many brands, for targets ranging from the entry level to luxury level, but Edenpark is in continuous contact with new brands to be proposed to the customer, even on specific request.
